Digital delivery

The product is one ZIP bundle containing the main Instagram automated-growth playbook and two bonus books, for three English PDFs and 528 pages in total. After PayPal and the GROMODE server verify a completed payment, a protected library link is displayed immediately. Review the product description, format, contents, device requirements, and total price before paying.

Immediate-access consent

Checkout uses an unticked checkbox asking you to request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited once delivery or downloading begins, subject to applicable law. The server records the policy version, amount, currency, product, and consent time with the order.

When we provide a remedy

• The protected bundle is damaged or cannot be downloaded within the stated access window because of our system.
• The delivered files are materially different from the product description or missing a promised book.
• The same order was charged more than once.
• Applicable law otherwise requires cancellation, replacement, or refund.

When a technical issue can be corrected promptly, we may first provide a fresh working link or replacement file. This does not remove a remedy required by law.

Change-of-mind requests

Because access begins immediately, change-of-mind cancellation may be unavailable after delivery or downloading begins where valid consent and local law permit that limitation. If local mandatory law provides a stronger right, that law prevails.

How to request help

Email gromode.official@gmail.com with the PayPal order ID, purchase email, a concise description, and a screenshot when relevant. Email is the primary customer-support channel. Support target: Acknowledgment within 3 business days; duplicate-charge and failed-access reports are prioritized, and any shorter statutory deadline controls.. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original PayPal payment method. PayPal or the buyer’s financial institution controls the posting time. When a refund or reversal is confirmed, the protected entitlement is revoked. Nothing here requires a buyer to waive a non-waivable chargeback or statutory right.

Territory and classification

The configured sales territories are United States and other English-speaking PayPal-supported jurisdictions where sale is lawful, excluding restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions and Korea-to-Korea PayPal transactions.. Product classification: Seller-designated downloadable educational digital content: three English PDF files delivered as one ZIP. Korean publishing, ISBN, and fixed-book-price treatment is not represented as legally confirmed.. Tax handling: The USD checkout amount is the total product price charged by GROMODE. Any transaction tax GROMODE is legally required to collect will be included in or shown before payment. PayPal or card currency-conversion and cross-border fees may be separate. PayPal does not satisfy the seller's Korean tax filing obligations; Korean VAT treatment remains pending written confirmation..
